Return and Exchange Policy

Return and Refund

  • We do not provide return and refund services.

  • We offer exchange services only if the product quality is not satisfactory (damaged) or if a wrong product was shipped from our end.

Exchange Eligibility

1. Damaged or Wrong/Missing Products

  • Once you receive the package, it is mandatory to make an unboxing video to claim the damaged/missing product.

  • You need to email us within 24 hours about the issue along with the unboxing video attached, with the subject mentioning your order number.

  • If the exchange is approved by our team, we will bear the shipping charges (both ways).

  • If there is a delay in our email response, we will compensate by extending the timeline for the exchange period.

2. Change of Mind

  • If the buyer wants to exchange due to a change of mind, we provide 1 month validity for the exchange credit.

  • The order remains canceled for the customer if they wish to purchase later.

  • In this case, the shipping charges will be borne by the customer (both ways)

Important Points

  • The unboxing video must be clear and uninterrupted. It should show the outer label with the AWB number clearly.

  • The product must be sent in its original packaging. If damage occurs due to poor packaging, BLAB reserves the right to cancel the exchange process.

  • Exchange products will be shipped within 3 days after receiving and reviewing the original product.
